EnergyGuard™ NH Barrier Polyiso Insulation

EnergyGuard™ NH Barrier Polyiso Insulation board is made of coated glass-fiber bonded to a core of isocyanurate foam and achieves an ANSI UL 790 roof rating over combustible wood decks with a ½” board thickness without the use of halogenated flame retardants.

EnergyGuard™ NH Barrier Polyiso Insulation maintains the same R-value when tested according to ASTM C1289 standard using the C518 test method at both a mean temperature of 40°F (4.4°C) and 75°F (24°C) and is better for the environment as it contains no potentially hazardous flame retardent chemicals. EnergyGuard™ NH Barrier Polyiso's CGF facer is moisture resistant, resistant to mold growth and is more durable than the GRF facer.

  • Coated glass facers bonded to a core of non-halogenated isocyanurate foam
  • One of the highest insulation values compared to other FM Class 1 rated product of equivalent thickness
  • Manufactured with EPA-compliant blowing agents
